Mr. Cronkright is an experienced commercial real estate appraiser with ten years focused experience as a fee appraiser and six years prior experience in construction and related fields. Over the course of his career, Mr. Cronkright has been responsible for the training and supervision of numerous appraisers, oversight of large-scale appraisal projects, quality assurance programs and a wide range of complex commercial appraisals, litigation appraisals, tax appeal appraisals, market studies and feasibility analyses. Mr. Cronkright is a candidate for designation with the Appraisal Institute and Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
